Use the Order Form below to place an order and schedule your pickup.

Appointments can be scheduled up to one week in advance.

Please allow at least three hours between scheduling and your appointment.

If you need any help with the scheduling process, send me a message, and I'll be happy to answer your questions or schedule your appointment for you, so all you have to do is show up, browse, and enjoy choosing your plants.

Under rare circumstances, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled after I reach out to you.

When You Arrive

Park on the paved drive and walk through the yard to the display area in front of the entrance to the lower level of the house. Look for the Meadows Garden Company sign at the display area. The display area is entirely outdoors. Please do not come inside, as everything for purchase will be outside.

Due to parking limitations, a maximum of two customers per timeslot can be accommodated. If you sent your order via email or Facebook, it should be ready for pickup at your appointment.

Keep in mind you still need to schedule an appointment if you place an order through Facebook or email, which can be done using the Google Calendar on the In-Person Browsing page.

Take as much time as you need to browse!

Grab a plastic carrying tray to transport plants to the purchase table and to your vehicle. If you need help loading them or have any questions about the plants, don't hesitate to ask! Please return the carrying tray(s) when you are done.

Note that you must request a payment link to pay online.

Also, note that selecting the option to pay during pickup does not restrict you to paying with cash only

After I review your order to ensure the plants are available, I will send you a confirmation message with the total price. After you receive this message, you may come pick up your plants (please try to arrive within your appointment timeslot).

You can choose between making your payment during pickup after you've selected your plants, or you can request to pay online through a secure payment link via Square, which will be sent in the confirmation email if you chose that method.
